As a business, we believe 1st fix is a very important part of any build. Most importantly because it sets up the rest of the work for the next stage of carpentry and other trades. Without the correct 1st fix work, costly issues later in the build can arise due to trying to correct problems that were easily avoidable during the early stages of the build with the knowledge and foresight to understand and foresee how a build develops.
We understand 1st fix like a second nature and know from what type of build you are trying to achieve what you will need to make it a successful build. From timber frame; erecting, roofs, joists, floating floors to cladding, all essential features to pre understanding what process needs to be undertaken. We also do exterior 1st fix work like decks, external buildings, structures, and flat roofs. There is a large variety of 1st fix work that can be categorised depending on the type of building you are planning, timber frames, traditional builds, extensions, and renovations.
2nd Fixings
Finishes is a large, varied category in which we take seriously. From fitting mouldings, kitchens, doors to units, wardrobes, cabinets, and other custom-made items. We have a workshop where we make custom items at our disposal, which allows us to make items off site, then deliver and fit. In the past, we have done a lot of work for holiday homes, and lets doing renewal works such as kitchens, workshop replacements, doors, tiling, and other extras.
